Senior adult class of ladies born primarily in the 1920s and 1930s.

Faith Class
A service-oriented, community-minded group of women, many born in the 1940s and 1950s.
A dyslexia specialist for BISD, the mother of two grown children, serves as the lead teacher.
Fellowship Class
A group for men - predominantly comprised of individuals at various stages in their professional lives.
Our pastor serves as the lead teacher.
Journey Class
A group largely comprised of couples, with some divorced-singles, all actively parenting with children ranging in age from birth through young adulthood. A few new grandparents add to the mix.

Joy Class
Senior adult class of ladies born primarily in the 1920s, 30s, and 40s
Co-taught by two “joyful” ladies from within the class
Mixed Doubles Class
A diverse mix of couples born primarily from the 1920s through the 1950s
A local therapist serves as the lead teacher
Seekers Bible Class
A diverse co-ed group that values theological reflection, biblical scholarship, and rich discussion.
Co-taught by a local attorney and a retired bi-vocational minister.
Sojourners Class
A co-ed class of singles and couples born in the 1950s and 1960s.
Taught by a retired gentleman with significant connections to Lamar University

SMORE for Women Ministry Single Moms - Overjoyed, Rejuvenated and Empowered
Gail Showalter is a Certified Professional Coach and also works one-on-one with single moms.
SMORE hosts Days of Blessing for small groups of single moms.
Over 800 articles for single moms can be read on the SMORE blog.
Each selected topic typically covers a 3 to 5 week period.
We utilize lectures, group discussions, and/or video presentations to facilitate learning and faith exploration.

Alternating Sunday Evenings from 5:00-6:30 PM, please check Events page and browse the Calder Caller to find the exact dates.
The group discusses a different theme or topic each meeting that explores how our faith could or should shape our perspectives.
